For periods falling during the Venice Film Festival or the Biennale vernissage, please write us.

Rental deposit: 30% on the total amount using bank draft or a postal order

Minimum stay: 3 nights.
TV, Utilities, crockery are included.
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning: 60 euros (obligatory).
Check in: from 15.00 to 20.00
Check out: until 10.30
For arrivals after 20.00 there will be an additional charge of 30 euro.

Please inform us in advance regarding your arrival time.

Confirmation of your reservation will by e-mail and will include all of the directions needed to reach the apartment. Here you will be welcomed by either the owner or the local agent.
On retrieving the key the guest will be asked to show an identity card to communicate your arrival to the Venice Tourist Office, and credit card details as guarantee for any damage that may have been caused to the apartment.

The municipality of Venice recently introduced a law, which imposes every hotel, hostel, apartment or b&b in the City to charge every guest of a tourist tax. The amount is of 4 euros (per person, per night). The overnight tax is only due for the first 5 days. Kids are 10 years of age do not pay. Youngers from 10 to 16 have a 50% reduction.

THIS TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING FEE, PLEASE REMEMBER THIS EXTRA FEE IN YOUR BUDGET.
